About VAT. Prices are shown without VAT, as they apply to businesses outside Spain. What gets added depends on where you are: EU businesses with a VAT number verified in VIES pay no VAT (reverse charge); consumers in the EU, and businesses without a valid VAT number, pay their own country’s VAT rate (OSS); customers outside the EU pay no VAT. Customers in Spain pay 21% Spanish VAT. You always see the exact amount before you pay.

Almost everything goes out on its own: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky and Google Business Profile. There are two exceptions, set by the networks, not by us:
On servers in the European Union. We only use your data to provide the service. Some providers (email, the AI assistant if you use it, and the networks themselves) may process it outside the EU under GDPR safeguards; they’re all listed in our privacy policy.
With one click on the Billing page (“Facturación” in the app). You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then move to the free plan. We remind you 14 and 3 days before every renewal. If you’re on an annual plan and cancel within 30 days of it renewing, we refund the full months you haven’t used.
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason, using the “Desistir” (withdraw) button on the Billing page. We refund everything. If you asked to start using the plan straight away, we only deduct the days you’ve used. We offer this to everyone, businesses included.
One brand with one account per network, one user, 50 posts per month, 90 days of analytics and 10 AI texts per month. It doesn’t include client approvals or X. It never expires. When your 14-day trial ends, you move to it automatically, with no charge; before any plan change, Postmind shows you what will change.
You create a review link for their brand and send it to them. They open it without an account and see each post exactly as it will appear. They can approve it, select a phrase or tap a spot on the image to comment, or request changes in their own words. You get every comment. If you change the text after it’s been approved, the post goes back to review. You can revoke the link whenever you like.
No. Sign up and you get 14 days of the Estudio plan. If you don’t choose a plan, you move to the free plan and we don’t charge you anything.
Yes. The Postmind app, the review links, the reports and the emails are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian. Everyone picks their own language, so your clients see review links and reports in theirs. Your posts can be in whatever language you like.
